BaiMai is an international organization formed by some partners of France (THALES) and China (PDL, BUAA and CVIC SE). The aims of this project are:
- To prompt the cooperation and communication on software technology research and enable access to the advanced technologies being made by both sides' best software research and development laboratories and companies;
- To make use of the best research personnel resources for the deftined research projects;
- To make contribution to the software standards, such as OMG, OASIS, W3C.
- To release the software code resulting from the Collaboration through the ObjectWeb & Orientware OSS (Open Source Software) Consortium.
